  1. 5 cup water
  2. 2-3 crushed cardamoms
  3. Cinnamon stick
  4. 2 tsp honey
  5. Saffron strands
  6. Kashmiri green tea – 1 tsp
  7. 2-3 cloves
  8. 1-2 blanched & sliced almonds


  1. Add cardamom, cinnamon & cloves in water. Bring it to boil.
  2. Add green tea leaves. Infuse for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Strain tea in a cup. Add blanched almonds and saffron strands.
  4. Mix honey as per taste and enjoy warm.

  1. 1 cup whole milk
  2. 2 tsp brown sugar
  3. 2 ounces finely chopped dark chocolate
  4. 2 tsp cocoa powder
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. Cocoa powder for serving


  1. Whisk cocoa, sugar, and chocolate in a pan.
  2. Add milk over it and bring it to medium heat.
  3. Keep stirring until the mixture gets smooth.
  4. Once it is ready, add vanilla essence and mix
  5. Serve with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

  1. I cup milk
  2. ½ tsp cardamom seeds – crushed
  3. 7-8 strands of saffron
  4. Sugar as per taste


  1. Take milk in a pan and put on medium flame.
  2. Add cardamom seeds.
  3. Bring it to boil.
  4. Strain in a glass.
  5. Add saffron and sugar. Mix well. Serve.

  4. 3 table sp mustard oil
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Glass jars

  1. Cut carrots into long pieces.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a ceramic jar.
  3. Cover the jar with a muslin cloth and keep in sun for 4-5 days.
  4. Keep stirring every day.
  5. When it tastes tangy, it is ready.
  6. Serve it during noon time.

  3. ½ tsp tea

  1. Boil water on medium flame and add tea powder.
  2. Strain
